Once you have passed your test you can continue to improve your riding skills by taking a Post-Test Training Course.

If you have been riding for some time or even had a break in your riding one of the following could help you enjoy your riding to the fullest.

We offer two courses;

Back 2 Bikes £135

DSA Register of Post Test Trainers and the Enhanced Rider Scheme

If like many riders you are not interested in taking an advanced test but would like to improve your riding and save money on your insurance renewal premium, the Driving Standards Agency have launced the ENHANCED RIDER SCHEME or ERS with this in mind.

Register of Post-Test Trainers

Basic motorcycle instructors cannot offer this scheme only instructors that have been approved by the DSA under the NEW Register of Post-test Motorcycle Trainers can offer training under the ERS and therefore guarantee you will be getting the very best training available, and because of this insurance companies are offering a discount for ERS certificate holders (similar to the Pass Plus scheme for cars except this can be untertaken at any time in your riding career).

Enhanced Rider Scheme

Is tailored to build on your current level of riding. We offer a half day assessment (3 hours) followed by a structured programme to address any identified areas of significant weakness highlighted during the riding assessment. If however no significant weaknesses are identified your ERS Insurance certificate will be issued with out the need for further training.

If you would like to go on and take an Advanced Test this course can lead to an IAM or RoSPA advanced test depending on the degree of skill you wish to aquire.
