I can’t thank the Ideal team enough for getting me through my ADI training, Especially Chris Mackay-Mumby, my Instructor. The quality of the training I received was second to none. I still have a big grin on my face when I approach my car and read the words “Bill Godson - DSA Approved Driving Instructor”. Chris encouraged me from day one to put the work in and stick at it and said I would get there which I did. Learning to drive and To Become a Good Driving instructor is not easy, indeed it is a serious business, but with Chris and the Ideal team we had lots of laughs along the way. Ideal was recommended to me by the instructor who taught my eldest daughter, he did his training with them and praised them highly. There is no hard sell with Ideal; I chose the pay as you go option so I paid for my lessons as and when I had them. Thanks Again Chris and thanks to Marion in the office Too! The 'lads' all deserve medals for being so patient and, well done especially to Chris for making me believe in myself. It's not very often these days, you find a group of professionals who remember what it feels like when you're learning something for the first time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to my friends which I've already done and, hopefully they will be in contact with you in the very near future...

Hi Marion Just a quick note to thank you for getting me on my new bike! As an “older” rider with experience of other instructors I believe Pete has developed the perfect blend of training to instil confidence whilst still making you realise riding is a serious business there to be enjoyed!
Why go to any other school when you can have the real thing?

...I'd like to say thank you, to both yourself for your help and encouragement and the extremely professional way everything was dealt with and Pete for his endless patience with me (I'm now a U-turn Queen...almost!) As you know I've had experience with a couple of other schools but Ideal is definately the one i'll recommend to anyone who cares to listen;o) Not to make Pete bigger headed , but his teaching was fantastic, I ended up totally at ease with everything! Even when I made mistakes, I didn't feel phased which is saying something after my huge initial set back with ***** and never feeling like i'd ever go near a bike again let alone pass my Direct Access!
