FREE TRIAL for new riders scheme
A new scheme designed to encourage more people onto 2 wheels. Financially and environmentally a good thing in anyones view.
If you would like to give it a try you can claim a FREE and without obligation introduction to bikes which will include getting you on a bike for the first time ever or back on a bike if it was a while ago since you have ridden. To claim your free Get on session just follow this link. Please note you will be required to produce a valid car/motorcycle provisional/full licence.
We are one of only a couple of organisations in Yorkshire to offer this FREE training service and regularly have pupils come to us from a wide area including Goole, York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Selby, Barton on Humber, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Brigg to name a few.
Once you have experienced for yourself the thrill of biking and the quality of our training, you wont want to wait to complete the rest of the training...
Hi Get on,
Thanks for the email.
Just to let you know that after my GetOn trial I took the CBT course a
week later and get my new bike next week !!!! A special thanks to the
team at Ideal in Hull, absolutely brilliant. I`ve now got the bug
again after 30 out of the saddle. :o)
I wasn't expecting a reply, but yes of course you have my permission to put my mail on your website. Whilst all of the staff are great (including Boo) I should have made a special mention for my trainer Chris who was an absolute diamond!
I am starting to put the word around scooterists in the Hull area who want to do their test but are unsure of throwing their leg over a bike. I think your 'Get On' scheme would be great for those who have ever only ridden scooters and are not certain if they could manage a bike. Perhaps there is a marketing strategy for Ideal here, there is a massive scooter scene in this area with many who are still on L plates, I think there were around 12 or 13 clubs alone the last time I counted. Many of these clubs, (including my own) have open days and rallies in the area. An Ideal representative at a couple of these rallies with one of the Kawasaki 500's inviting scooterists to have a go may pay dividends, just a thought.
I wish you every success for the future and thank you for helping me to become a safer rider for life!
Kind Regards, Kevin Holder
